  • ChalkMap does not collect background location tracking data or monitor user movement without active user submission.

14. Public Content and Retention

User-submitted public content, including geographic coordinates, may remain available within the App as part of the community-driven database even if the original contributor deletes their account. Personal identifiers may be removed or anonymized upon account deletion.
