The App is a community-driven bouldering and climbing information platform. The App allows users to view, add, and share information about climbing areas, boulders, routes, access notes, and related content. All information in the App is provided for reference purposes only.
Climbing, bouldering, and outdoor activities are inherently dangerous and may result in injury, illness, property damage, or death. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

Location data, including exact latitude and longitude coordinates submitted by users, may become publicly visible if the associated crag, boulder, or parking entry is marked as public. Once published, such geographic information may be copied or used by other users in external navigation applications. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have permission to share geographic information and for complying with land access rules and local regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password. You agree to notify the App immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. The App is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit the App's database or content without permission; upload copyrighted material without authorization; post harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading content; or attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App's functionality.
Ownership: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in content you submit to the App ("User Content").
License to the App: By submitting User Content, you grant the App a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

Community Use: User Content submitted to the App is intended to become part of a shared, community-driven information resource. Once content is made public, it may remain available to other users even if the original contributor leaves the platform.
Responsibility for Content: You confirm that you have the right to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
If you believe that content available in the App infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to the App's designated contact email address. Your notice should include sufficient detail to identify the allegedly infringing material and proof of ownership. Upon receiving a valid complaint, the App may remove or restrict access to the content and may suspend repeat infringers.
Public content (such as crags, boulders, and routes) cannot always be removed immediately by the original contributor. Users may submit requests for content removal. The App will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and may approve or deny them at its discretion.
Content in the App does not constitute professional instruction, guiding services, legal advice, or safety certification. You are responsible for seeking appropriate instruction, training, or local guidance when necessary.
The App may update the App, its features, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Certain features of the App may require paid subscriptions. Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal terms, and refund policies will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Payments processed through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective terms and conditions. The App does not store full payment card details.
The App reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if necessary to protect the App or its community.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the App regarding use of the service and supersede prior agreements or understandings.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
